Terms of Use

1. Who can use HiiDost

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use HiiDost. We ask for your date of birth when you sign up, and existing members are asked to confirm their age.
• If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may restrict or remove it.
• You must not be barred from using the Service under applicable law, and must not have had an account previously removed by us for breaking these Terms.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password and sign-in codes private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not impersonate others, create accounts for someone else without permission, or buy, sell or transfer accounts.
• Tell us right away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Community guidelines

We want HiiDost to be safe and friendly. You must not post, send or do anything that:

• Is illegal, or promotes illegal activity.
• Harasses, bullies, threatens or intimidates anyone.
• Is hate speech, or attacks people based on religion, caste, race, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics.
• Contains nudity, sexual content, or any content that sexualises minors.
• Shows or encourages violence, self-harm or dangerous acts.
• Is spam, a scam, misleading, or false information intended to deceive.
• Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
• Shares other people's private information without their consent.
• Interferes with the Service, such as using bots, scraping, hacking, or creating fake engagement.

You can report content or accounts that break these rules. We may remove content and restrict accounts that do.

4. Your content

You own the content you post on HiiDost. By posting it, you give HiiDost a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, display, distribute and share your content as needed to operate and improve the Service, in line with your settings. This licence ends when you delete your content or account, except where it has been shared by others or must be kept for legal reasons. You confirm you have the rights to everything you post.

5. Coins and rewards

• HiiDost may offer coins, rewards, referral bonuses or similar features. Coins have no cash value unless we clearly say otherwise and cannot be transferred or sold outside the Service.
• We may change, pause or end these features, including how coins are earned or used, at any time.
• There are no guaranteed earnings. Any rewards depend on the rules in effect at the time.
• If we find fraud, abuse, fake accounts or manipulation, we may cancel coins and rewards and suspend the account involved.

6. Suspension and termination

You may stop using HiiDost and delete your account at any time. We may remove content, or suspend or terminate your account, if you break these Terms or the law, if it is needed to protect users or the Service, or if we stop offering the Service. Where appropriate, we will tell you and give you a chance to appeal by contacting us.

7. Disclaimers

HiiDost is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it running well, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. We are not responsible for content posted by users or for the actions of other users, on or off the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HiiDost will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you through the Service or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use HiiDost after that means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
